Dr. Rohani is a Senior Lecturer and Postgraduate Programme Leader at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), specialising in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour and Socioeconomic Impact.

A certified HRD Corp trainer, she has delivered training and consultancy for organisations including PETRONAS, TNB and the Perak State Government. She has published over 100 scholarly papers, secured 10+ research grants, and received the Malaysia GPM Sustainability Award 2022 and Emerald Literati Award for Outstanding Paper.
